Orlando,

Greetings old friend. How are you. I am still in contact with Lindo, my best friend. I am also in contact with Parker the generator mechanic, and SGT Best, he was one of the 31m team chiefs and later Section Sergeant. It's so sad that we have this great site here to come together but you only see people that came after us. We went through many different transitions there in Signal We had may different names

1st ID Signal Detachment
1st Signal Support Company
HHC IDF Signal Platoon

I can say it was the best assignment I had there of my 20 years of service. I was there from Oct. 1977 to Sep. 1983. If any other see this post Give Olando and me a holler.
